For companies

Eqlo for enterprise, single sign-on, governance and service levels

Team is $49 a month, ten seats, and roles. Plus is $19, three seats. Free is $0 and one seat. You pick the European Union, the United States, or the United Kingdom at creation. Single sign-on and a written service level still need a conversation. This page says what the public plans already do.

Enterprise workspace showing named seats, a region set to the United Kingdom, and a repo export
A Team workspace: ten named seats, a region chosen at creation, and an export of the repository.

Single sign-on

The identity you already run

Single sign-on means the identity provider you already pay for, not a second password database we invent for a pilot. Public plans sign in with email, Google, or Apple. Wiring your existing directory is an enterprise thread. Write to hello@eqlo.app if that is the blocker.

A shared password across a squad

A shared password is how a draft becomes two products. Team is the seat pack. A reader is not an editor. When someone leaves, the seat leaves. SSO does not replace that hygiene if you never assign seats.

A questionnaire that asks for a region you never set

Pick the European Union, the United States, or the United Kingdom on the project before the first import. Billing in dollars does not move the rows. The residency page is the long form.

Illustrative scenario

A worked example

Take an 80-person company in Leeds that still books rooms in a shared sheet. In the first week they open a Team workspace, set the region to the United Kingdom, and invite ten named seats. Three managers can sign a queue. Engineering takes the repository in the third week. The sheet dies on the last Friday of the month. Single sign-on stays out: they keep the identity provider they already pay for, and Eqlo stays the queue. The numbers are a hypothesis, not a client.

  • 10named seats in week one
  • UKregion, set before import
  • 1repo handed to engineering
Internal queue with three named approvers and a United Kingdom region pill
The queue screen after week one: three approvers, a United Kingdom region, and the shared sheet retired.

Roles and governance

Start here before you ask for a custom paper.

Seats and roles

Invitation by email. Reader, editor, administrator. Free is 1 seat, Plus is 3, Team is 10. Shared billing. Separate projects per squad or client.

Region on the project

European Union, United States, or United Kingdom. Visible. Not inferred from the invoice. Moving later is a project.

Activity log

Who published, who exported, who changed a role. A full processing register remains your programme.

Export and sync

GitHub sync on Plus and Team. React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and React Native when the project is an app. No retrieval theatre.

Service levels

Status is a dated notice. A percentage we do not measure will not appear here.

What we can name today

The status page is a dated notice. Green means we have no open incident to write. Daily backups stay 30 days. A full export is available at any time.

Billing and purchase orders

Public plans are monthly: $0, $19, $49. A yearly invoice or a purchase order is a conversation. Write to hello@eqlo.app. We will not invent a discount on this page.

Rollout in four weeks

Week one: region, seats, one queue. Week two: comments on the page, not on a deck. Week three: engineering takes the repository. Week four: the sheet retires or you keep both. A very specific trade will need a developer sooner.

Frequently asked questions

Should we start on Plus?

If one person owns the workspace and a domain is the blocker, Plus is enough. Team is for seats that must not share a password.

Can procurement buy a year?

Public plans are monthly. A yearly invoice is a conversation. Write to hello@eqlo.app. We will not invent a discount on this page.

Do you store data in Paris because the company is there?

No. The company is in Paris, France. The project sits in the region you pick.

Is this a replacement for the tools we already run?

Only for the loops that never got a seat: a queue, a campaign page, a prototype. Keep payroll, identity, and the warehouse.

Who signs?

Eqlo, Paris, France. The legal notice and the terms carry the SIRET. Send the form if you need a paper copy.

Open Team, or write if the paper is the blocker.

Five free projects, no card. Team is $49 a month when the login must not be shared.
